This creative center of the O4W is a renovated Cotton warehouse that is adjacent to the new beltline, It’s Studioplex, the host site of STUDIOFEST. A mixed community of artists, designers and creative professionals. It is a unique ARTS venue that has a storied past which STUDIOFEST is the next chapter. The center of the East Side ART district full of galleries in allies and peppered with international PR firms, film editors and photographers makes this an eclectic venue to experience ART in its fullest range of expression.
